I did. I have a triple boot maghine(BT4, vista, 7) I installed some Nvidia drivers, Compiz fusion, and Mplayer to improve the environment. Now I have a damn near perfect machine. Lot's of fun stuff to try out...I love it!!

A virtual machine of the ISO can be created in VMware Workstation. This site is good if someone just has Vmware Player only, installed on their system.
