Came across this an hour or so ago while browsing around and it was such a good read i couldn't help but post it. The only thing that kept coming to mind was 3 letter acronyms and government sponsored research.
Its a good read even if your the not so technical type, but that shouldn't be a problem here i hope

Not to mention it is copyrighted so technically there may be something against someone giving it to you.
