    Default Fun Search Engine

I just found this fun search engine.

I don't remember where I first came across it but it was sometime in the last two weeks.

It allows you to ask questions in plain English, like:
    How old is the earth?

It allows you to easily compare stocks, like (Coke vs Apple):
    coke & apple stock info

It allows you to do math. This is the one I found fun, since I always like pointing out to people the silliness of thinking they can store any dictionary they might need for a brute-force password/phrase attack. For example a dictionary containing all the passwords/phrases using the set of letters a-zA-Z0-9 (62 characters):
    62 to the power of 15 (62^15)
    ~768 septillion possible passwords/phrases.
    What a great word "septillion"
You can even have it calculate storage information for you:
    62^15bytes as exabytes

Google can do the later two, but it's not quite as fun.

I know I seem harsh in some of my replies. SORRY! But if you're doing something illegal or posting something that seems to be obvious BS I'm going to call you on it.

I had search for this and this and this.
A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.

    Sorry dude.
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69

The original question I asked it was, "what is the airspeed of an unladen swallow" and then it does question which species of the 47 known species of swallow was I asking about. I just allowed it then to search based upon the recommended question.

I didn't make any mention of if it was carrying a coconut or not.

The response to that is very similar to what girls tell him.

Does everyone in IT have to be a Monty Python fan?

My bad, I should have looked more closely at the URL. That's actually pretty awesome the way they handle it.

Names are fun to throw at it too. Streaker's name is more common than mine. Though it has no clue what to do with his last name, mine is ranked 133 in the us in 2000. Heh, it says Thron is 88 years 4 months 18 days old. Though we all know he's much older than that.
