    Default ASUS 1000HE Intel 945 Graphic driver

    I hope im posting this thread in the right section:

    I got the following problem:

    I did a HD install on my 1000HE and found out that i could not choose a maximum resolution setting. I downloaded the intel linux driver from the intel site read the install and build. The log captures the following :

    I also tried make and make install without succes.


    Is there anyone who could help me? or push me in the right direction?

    My 1000HE is working just fine, and i did not need to install any graphics drivers. Actually the only thing i might have done related to the graphics is change the lilo settings for bootup.
