Just look at the entry for BT, copy it and change the settings according to where you installed Ubuntu.
I reinstal Backtrack and now i change Grub to lilo.
Can someone tell me how to add Ubuntu 9.04 to lilo ?

It didnt work becose Ubuntu was on nonbootable partition.So i install Ubuntu again,Grub popup and i enter to Backtrack withoun any changes to Grub.config.Finaly all work fine
But im realy confused why backtrack didnt boot after first time i instal ubuntu.I gues i will never know why.
