ICMP 3 unreachable

Hello was wondering if there's a way to implement an attack like the old "IRC nukes"(server,client,ICMP type,port range) using any of the tools inside BT. Any help is appreciated

Maybe i lack knowledge of how to search, but i did search the forum with terms i thought it might help but it didn't. i dont thing being sarcastic would solve anything =)
