BT3 + Lenovo S10e + USB Boot

I'm having some small problems configuring my netbook for BackTrack, so far I managed to boot from an usb stick.
After I login root:toor I can't do a startx without errors, I've found on this forum an excellent thread: (/showthread.php?t=19587) - can't post links I need 15 posts...

You should just be able to cut and paste as normal, or control c and control v
should also do it.
If this does not work then just type it in. You probably don't need the whole thing any how. Just the parts relevant to your monitor.
That should be about three or four lines worth of text.
