Hey guys,
I put up a post on the maltego forum for the nmap transforms. It basically allows you to look for irregularities within the nmap port/version scans against a specific target and identify anything that is 'out of the norm' as well as get a general 'lay of the land' in a nice graphical way.
Works in win/linux with the commercial or community edition.
Heres the link - http://www.paterva.com/forum/index.php/topic,134.0.html

To be successful here you should read all of the following.

Failure to do so will probably get your threads deleted or worse.
Actually i think the fact that i didn't include how to add the transforms into the GUI may have influenced it, even though there is a wizard within tools->options->Add new local transform.
I see its been viewed around 250 times, but only 22 downloads in total.
Is there anything else you think i should have included?
you may want to add a link in the paterva forum post (and maybe here as well) about how to add the local transforms since these are probably the first that a lot of users will have tried to add.
