I have got this error : Can't create the Chipcard::PCSC object: Service not available.

No sorry, the total lack of info really didn't help us know what you were doing or how you got this error.
Try explaining exactly what you are doing to get this error and what you are trying to achieve. Perhaps with some hardware and setup info too.
