On backtrack 3 you will have to do a lot of work to get pyrit going. I was in charge of building it for bt4 but never tried on bt3 plus I do not have a ATI card. What you will need is the nvidia drivers, toolkit and sdk from nvidia's site. Get all those installed and the grab pyrit and its ati companion and build them using cuda. Good Luck.
