I have a macbookPro Unibody (with ExpressCard/34 slot) with BackTrack and OSX installed.
I'm going to buy an expressCard with 'Atheros Chipset' and antenna.
I heard that the Ubiquiti SRX is good.
I need a card that can work in BackTrack and OSX as well. I'm choosing the Atheros chip because is the one that is better compatible with the security app. like Aircrack-ng etc.
The card I'm interested in is this one
What do you think?
Do you know other cards or do you have something to suggest me?
Thanks a lot
Using backtrack for the first time is like being 10 years old again with the keys to a Ferrari.
double post sorry
A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.
Why does it have to work with OSX? Just wondering, because I've never had problems with the built in card.
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69
