Saving Themes and wallpaper fonts etc usb bt3

Hey all i have looked for info on this and cant seem to find wat i am exactly looking for i am running bt3 off my flash drive it runs sweet wat i want to do is change background and maybe themes etc so when i reboot they are there so i just need to know how to save settings for this any help is appreciated and applogies it somewhere it is already posted thanks in advance :P
