Hi, i think it would be cool to have a complete programing enviroment...
of course we can all use kate for that, but kdevelop also has valgrind, code completion and a bunch of other cool stuff...

Valgrind and rats will be in final for sure. Problem is that kdevelop is a big bloated POS which frankly isnt all that nice. I will put in the request however I wouldnt hold my breath on this one. Just apt-get it your self.
