BackTrack 3 installtion help!

I want to use backtrack 3 and i m stucked while installing it.I downloaded the iso file and booted from the cd but later on when i try to start GUI by typing 'startx' it gives me the following error:
Fatal Server Error:
no screens found
giving up
xinit:Connection reset by peer(err no 104):unable to connect to X server
cinit:No such process(err no 3):Server error

I am using P3 computer with 256mb RAM and a monitor of samsung(sync master LCD 19").
Can any1 please help me?

Yeah stop typing like a 6 year old. And search for xrandr, xorg, configure x server ubuntu.
