How to work out the TK for wpa2 aes

I'm try to create a bruteforce for wpa2 aes, and what it say on other sites is the data area of a packet is encrypted with passphrase plus the tk.
Can someone explain to me how to work out the tk, from nounce,iv,mic

Done that, but not shore how the TK is added to the passphrase , and how to create it.
