tutorial for backtrack

last time..i had download BACK TRACK3 from softpedia..
now the problem is that i am not being able to make use of it!

i would be really glad if someone here show me how to make use of it...i would love to have screen shots and a perfect tutorial...

i hope to get response from my all the senior members here guide me!!
