Bluesnarfer Problem

Hey guys folowed dr greens bluetooth crack tut until i get to this part every thing was going well so i input this code

bluesnarfer -r N-M -c 3 -b my phones mac address

here is the errors it returns

hci_read_remote_name failed
unable to release rfcomm

Any one know a solution to this problem i have chacked the channel a few times and the device is defoneatly on channel 3 oh if it help my phone is a sony erricsion R300.
