Did you read that link? It's instructions for a tri-boot environment with Vista, Ubuntu, and BT3, which is EXACTLY what you asked about.
If you don't have any free space, then you will have your resize the existing partitions and create new partitions. Also you may have to modify your boot loader to add BT3. All they needed information is under that link that archangel.amael gave you.
