    Default Wireless signal Strength

    I cant get iwspy or GTK to work with my Orinoco Card?

    Kismet works great & Air Crack etc.

    I am getting responses like the Interface is not capable of gathering wireless statisitics.

    Need help on this one. Maybe hardware or just user error?

    Need more information, is this a 5V cardbus card or 3.3V PCMCIA card? Easiest way to tell is plugging it in and checking it under lspci. If its not listed its a 5V cardbus card which uses Hermes I chipset otherwise its 3.3V PCMCIA card which is an atheros chipset.
