alfa for injection 3945 for internet?

Hello all, I have a few questions regarding my wifi

I have alfa rt8187 for injection (works flawless on BT4)

I have a 3945 internal on my lappy, I am trying to figure out how to get 3945 active to surf firefox, in BT3 I could use the internet gui and connect with this internal card, but now there is no gui, I need to know how to set my internal wifi card 3945 for internet access.

If anybody knows please fill me in, I am still in the clouds in terms of learning my internet settings for linux.....

I did read the screen before,

/etc/init.d/networking start but my internal card trys to identify but no go, is there commands to start it for fiefox internet in backtrack4?

ok fixed the problem
start with login
and pass
and then
/etc/init.d/networking start
then I put
/etc/init.d/NetworkManager start

everything all good on gui to connect

just wondering is there a way to write a script to automate this action?
