    Default A question about compatability of a DWL-G520+ in BT4 beta

    i used Dlink DWL-G520+, is it work with backtrack 4? does some1 use it before? can this wireless card model do the injection?

    for your question that card is not Atheros based.I suspect that it will work with BT4.

    Two things. First, that card is Atheros based -- AR5005G. Second, why would it matter? Atheros PCI cards are fully supported....

    As secure_it stated it is not an atheros card, it is a TI card and uses the acx100 driver.

    Its ok shadowkill.there is a huge difference when it comes the + version and non + version.as + version uses cheaper hardware specifications & non atheros chip.our both's aim is to grow this community & your help to people is always being appriciable.

    you are referencing to G520 where the OP is asking for G520+ so both are different cards.
