If you have tried the packet injection test with aireplay-ng and it dosent work, most likley your card cannot inject packets. You will need to check out the list of supported wifi cards and get one that does inject packets.

Shift key is good no problem with that. What commands should I input to make it work

If you are trying to crack WEP: Shift-CTRL-W
If you are trying to crack WPA: Shift-CTRL-P
If you are trying to crack WPA2: Shift-CTRL-2

Well I purchased it because I saw it on the wiki usb dongle list and its compatible.
But can't managed to make it work

always perform a search.it has been answered 1000 time.

connect USB NIC after properly booting BT.
problem is with injection rate.just make sure to set the packet injection rate to

iwconfig rausb0 rate 1M
aireplay-ng -9 rausb0

I am sure next time you won't be having any trouble.
