dwl g-510 not working

i picked up a dwl g-510 rev b (pci) at a garage sale,and found out it has the atheros chipset.i tried booting up bt3 on it but the card doesnt show up.i tried typing noacpi and acpi=off but still never shows up.ipconfig never comes up with anything but the built in network card.ive tried too ifconfig eth0/eth1 ath0 ath1 but nothing.on what device should a pci card naturally show up on?am i doing the wrong command too start the device?please help.thanks

nevermind,i just stuck it in another pci slot and it started too work.lol.time for a new computer.
