Toshiba P300D atheros not recognized

My atheros ar9281 wireless card is not recognized in my toshiba satellite.
This problem is for both BT3 and BT4

i'm not familiar with that chipset - but it sounds like you need the ath9k driver.

Ath9k is non existent in bt3, broken in bt4 beta, working nicely in bt4 pre final.

i have the exact same problem. i have bt 4 pre final and have the atheros ar9281 card inside. i have tried just about every configuration that i have found in forums and on madwifi's site. has anyone else had the same issue where it cannot get a dhcp ip address or even work if it is statically assigned an ip and everything?
