    Unhappy Installing Intel Wireless Card

    i have a lenovo with a Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG wireless card.
i would like to install the drives in Back Track 4 which i have installed in VMWare. i downloaded ieee80211-1.2.18.tar and ipw3945-1.1.3.tar. when i unzipped the IEEE-1.2.18.tar and did the make command i get [modules] error 2.

i don't know how to fix this. im trying to add the drives so that i can connect my laptop to my home network and start to use Linux.

    any help is appreciated
