Hello together,

i have a question and i hope someone can help me. I searched in this board already but all searchresults didnīt work.

My problem is:

Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found. try passing init= option to kernel
I installed my bt4b with this tutorial and all worked fine:

offensive-security.com documentation bt4install.pdf

I searched in this board and found some solutions for this problem.

First was add this line to lilo.conf:

initrd=/boot/splash.initrd
Second was remove that same line from lilo.conf.

and the last one was:

splash -s -f /etc/bootsplash/themes/Linux/config/bootsplash-1024x768.cfg > /boot/initrd
There i got:

bash: splash: command not found
But nothing worked. Everytime same error message.

Anyone an idea?
