Default Error allocating I/O Bar for PCI device

Everytime I attempt to boot BT4 off of a DVD it gives me this error. It gives me the option to retry or options on the boot menu. Any suggestions as to how to fix this? I think it may just be the computer. It's kind of a bad desktop with not so great memory.

    Any thoughts?

first thought - check your md5 sum. Where did you download it from? What kind of computer is that? At what point during the boot process do you get this error?
