new version of samdump

Hi,

I would like samdump2 and bkhive replaced with samdump v2.0.1 which can be downloaded from http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...roup_id=133599

The reason is that the new version combines bkhive and samdump into 1 program thus making it easier to use.
