ARTSD, use 95% of CPU

Here is the problem, if I use command after I startx (/etc/init/networking start) the process ARTSD usess up to 95% of CPU, and it doesnt lower, so I have to reset my machine. But its working evrything if I use command before I start KDE. For me it even doesnt metter when I start it, but maybe you will find this helpful in some way.

I have the same problem now , right after I installed usual updates, my machine has been showing a permanent slowdown, I'm using a VM with BT4 as guest.
