    extracted them, gone into dir, downloaded patch for better injection

    patches. aircrack-ng. org/ mac80211_2.6.28-rc4-wl_frag+ack_v3.patch

    now, to patch drivers do

    patch -p1 < mac80211_2.6.28-rc4-wl_frag+ack_v3.patch

    now we have to install drivers

    make
    make install
    make unload
    make load

    so now we have drivers working.

    For fakeauth the aircrack-ng method doesn't works with 4965, and I think doesn't also with 5100...Cause a firmware bug, you have to use a auth with wpa_supplicant, to do this open a file and call it wpa_supplicant.conf, in it type

    network={
    ssid="essid of network"
    key_mgmt=NONE
    #wep_key0="fakeauth"
    }

    and then use aircrack suite normally..

    PS: sorry for the spaces into urls but i haven't posted 15 mesg...
    Don't copy and paste from other forums or sites.are you moron or what.

    i haven't copied from other sites, this is my site, i've helped into aircrack forum how to get injection working fine, i've writed 2 guides with the diffs from older and newer kernel in how-to crack wep and more..so not only copied and pasted, i've seen injection growing into my 4965 card, and not just waited for a solution and used..

    Default Working

    I can confirm now I have done all of the above and injection is working very well on an Intel 5300.

    I had a hard time at first because I was trying to use the wlan0 for injection. You should use mon0 and it will work fine.

    One thing I still can't get to work is the CUDA. Whenever I try to install it (bash CUDA_INSTALL) it tells me -o is not a dpkg option. I have a 9800M GT .

    Hi all ,

    First,sorry for my bad english, i'm not english.

    I follow the instruction of Alex88, but my Intel 5100 cards have some problems to inject. When I test my card i can see
    For information, no action required: Using gettimeofday() instead of /dev/rtc
    13:04:04 Trying broadcast probe requests...
    13:04:04 Injection is working!
    13:04:06 Found 4 APs

    13:04:10 29/30: 96%
    and 3minute latter : the injection doesn't work. When I test aireplay-ng -3 i can see
    Saving ARP requests in replay_arp-0318-130646.cap
    You should also start airodump-ng to capture replies.
    Read 2144 packets (got 6 ARP requests and 10 ACKs), sent 3947 packets...(411 pps

    Read 2217 packets (got 6 ARP requests and 10 ACKs), sent 4093 packets...(412 pps
    What can I do to repair this bug ?

    Thanks,

    I patched the 8.10 Kernel with an injection patch for AGN Cards!

    Downloads for 64bit and 32bit:

    superkato, what patched did you use, and which kernel source did you patch?

    alex, aircrack-ng.org seems to be down, do you have a copy of the patch you used on the compat driver? Does anyone? this problem is VERY odd - my 5100AGN worked perfectly until i got back to the US at which point injection seems to die after the inital fakeauth/injection attempt on my rather simple WEP network.

    So my question: How to change the iwlwifi driver in the BT4?
    Thank you for help!
    sounds about right-- i'm in the same boat as you, still trying to figure this out since I don't have any experience with it and have primarily been a windows user till now. I'll let you know if I get it working and what I did.
