no station in airodump but data are moving

Hi,

every day I scan with airodump and I see the AP but none station are connected.
First i thaught it because people are using ethernet connection.

But I saw the data of some AP are moving (all with WPA). So, someone must be connected with wifi.

Why I can't see the station? It's possible to hide the station?

yes is someone else network.

In mine I see my station and data moving but in the neigbourg's network I see the data moving but none station.
