i searched through the forums using fatal error as my term and i didn't get many hits, so i figured to post this question here. i also checked the wiki for supported hardware and couldn't find any entries like the one i'm creating here. i created a BT3 USB and it works fine on my older Gateway laptop. I tried the same USB on my newer Toshiba satellite A305-s6829 and during boot i got the message a fatal error has occurred, this should never happen. something similar happened with another USB key i made to run on my friend's newer gateway (sorry i don't have the model number) except on his laptop he got past the boot and then to the screen you get when you shutdown i.e enter root, enter toor, poweroff, reboot...so you couldn't log in. i'm just wondering the reason why? does it have to do with the intel wireless card?
i'm sorry if this is a stupid question...but if you could point me in the right direction - much appreciated.
thanks
