aireplay-ng -1 0 -a " there mac address" -h " my fake mac- 00:11:22:33:44:55" -e " there essid" wlan0
ok after doing that bit correctly i get a message like this " aireplay-ng --help for help"
i know that there essid is correct as im lookin at it!!!

changing " there mac address" to "their mac address" and " there essid" to "their essid" might help
