ping-problem with VirtualBox v2.1.2

1. sorry for my (maybe) terrible english. i hope you understanding what i mean. when not ask.
2. my problem: host is Windows XP SP3 whith 2 vms in virtualbox v2.1.2. the first is windows xp the secend is BT3. the networksetting for both is "Internal networking" with the same network "mytestnetwork".
both have an static ip:
windows -> 192.168.2.1
bt -> 192.168.2.2
when i start both vms and try to ping the windowsvm from bt i got the message "network is unreachable". but i can ping bt from the windowsvm.
can anybody help me please.

Try to disable XP firewall and then ping.
