Need terminal help

Im not too great at scripting, but this is what I am looking to do...

I am on a Fedora system, I am looking to open up about 5 or 6 terminals, all tabbed, and each one ssh to the same place, using the same su, but I have to be able to enter the password in manually.

So each terminal, ssh's to the same server, applies the same su, but then waits for me to enter the password manually. Even better, a script that will ask how many terminals, then open that many, tabbed.

Am I chasing a unicorn here? I have searched around, but haven'f found anything solid as of yet.
