No wireless extensions....

Hi! Can you please help me with thiw messege? I have the backtrack3 and the vmware.My laptop iw a vaio vgn-nr21s if it helps with vista.I also use a netgear wn111v2 usb.I have use some commands as iwconfig...mode monitor or ifconfig...etc but nothing...the same !!.I tryed to find a driver about my netgear but nothing.What else can i do?As you can understand i'm very new so please forgive me...!

NDISWrapper is probably what you will need to get.

Well if you do not know what it does then I would read a little about it, before I was to install it, if I were in your position.
