A free piece of advice my friend. If you wanna survive around here you probably best start reading. Not a lot of people are going to spoonfeed you!

So you were given some help to get you started not to mention that this is probably not the best place to learn how to install programs in linux. However the questioned were answered. Then you were even given suggestions to find more info in the man pages. Not to mention that one of the moderators here gave you a huge hint on what to search for here on the forums.
Then I posted the link for you to said tutorial. What more do you want ?
If you can't bother to do a bit of research on your own then how do you expect to get anywhere with BT?

Take it for what it is worth friend.

That is the best thing to do. Another good thing would be to tell others what you have learned. This way someone else may learn from it too.

For everyone looking on how to record your desktop in BT3 Live cd, this is how it works..

    Now insert the following commands..

    tar xzvf gtk-recordmydesktop-0.3.7.2.tar.gz
    Code:
    cd gtk-recordmydesktop-0.3.7.2
    Code:
    ./configure
    Code:
    make

    make install
To use the command line you can use the command

    Code:
