Default Erased MBR of C: Drive using the Slax Installer for the USB version

I was using the slax instaler script that comes with the Back Track 3 USB version. I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. I ran the script from my hard drive instead of the USB drive. When it prompted me that it was going to erase the MRB of drive C:, I confirmed and said yes.

So when I reboot next, I'm not going to be able to get back in windows? Is there anything I can do before I reboot this machine to fix my MBR to boot up windows? I have the original XP install disc if that helps.

Or is there a way to boot my XP partition from the Boot loader on the USB version?

    Thanks for any suggestions/help

And I admit I'm a moron for making this mistake

Boot off your XP disc. Select repair an installation and go into the recovery console. Then run fixmbr and maybe fixboot.
