Installing BT3 to a SD card (but must retain all changes i make)

Hey,

At the moment i have BT3 booting off of a SD flash card. the only issue is that its the same as booting from the live CD. no matter what changes i make during a session, every time i reboot the changes i made are gone...

I need to make a bootable SD card that retains all of the changes made durring a session.

any ideas???
