Need Help with LiveCD - Updating and creating ISO

I use my Backtrack CD on school because I don't trust the infected pc's

I used winiso to add some files on the ISO before I burn it on cd how can I add files in /root/ so I don't type cd /mnt/live/... in shell

I tried dir2lzm and replace the lzm with the existing one but failed.. got error so backtrack won't startup

when I try to dir2lzm the "/mnt/live/memory/changes" path then it compress all my files on D:\ ?? and other NTFS partitions

I just want to:
- Update some tools (firefox/browser and metasploit)
- Add 2 files in /root/

and save it in a ISO so I can burn an updated LIVE-CD

Other question: I turn off firefox Add-ons like no-script, I tried to install java, but I saw it already is installed on bt3 (default) how can I make it working with firefox the so-file is added in plugin folder but nothing.. it doesnt work I get all and is there some solution for WPA connection or some GUI for a noob like me ?

Or your trying to gain unauthorized access to something you shouldn't.

Are the "infected pc's" you refer to the property of the school or what?
