Default What do I have to do to get my Intel WiFi link 5100 active?

    Hello:

I have a HP laptop which have installed a built in Intel WiFi link 5100 installed, the problem is that when I write the command " lspci", my BT4 Final distribution lists the pci device but, it does not recognize it when I try to configure it from the KDE. It just list the lo interface, no one else.

    Please, could you help me?

    Cheers,

    Pygmalion

Try "ifconfig -a", if yours is listed there, then run "ifconfig <if_alias> up". It will then show up in iwconfig.
