when I try to crack my own wifi I get this error:
"Please specify a dictionary (option-w)"

someone can tell me what I have to do?
what and where should be this dictionary?

to make things easier for yourself, make up a text file in nano or kate, to include 10 passwords including yours (your ap, right) - that way you'll easier crack it.
