    Good idea Barry. Having a thread that contains mentionable 'general' addons, tool alternatives, web tools (such as shodan) along with a brief description of each and link to the developer's site would prove to be useful. More over, I would be first to volunteer to help in any form I can. On a side note, does BT have its own wiki that cites all the tools installed?

    Again this probably won't happen, so I don't want to disappoint anyone.
    But if someone wants to make a thread in the experts section (of course making sure it follows the rules) then by all means go for it.

    SHODAN ftw. :-)

    There are actually two different SHODAN add-ons for Firefox, the sidebar one and also one that adds a SHODAN search to your search box on the upper right side of the browser.

    In my case I prefer the actual website because I can sign in, and use the net/country filters.

    But then they can track what you're looking at!!!
