Security policy

I have BT3 installed on my hard drive and i am having trouble to get access to the cd drive
when i insert a disk i get this error - "A security policy in place prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient, see message bus configuration file (rejected message had interface "org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" member "Mount" error name "(unset)" destination "org.freedesktop.Hal"). Can any body help me?
