i use windows xp and i cant activate my wireless card in vmware, have any solution?
This is an internal card which is why it is not recognized by VMware as a wireless device. Only USB connectable wireless cards are supported.

From my own personal experience, the iwl3945 driver is not as temperamental as the ipw3945 driver.
the ipw3945 driver does support injection. i have it working fine.

badboy_uk: a simple google search with your error message will reveal this page:
    aircrack-ng.org/doku.php?id=install_drivers

please search the internet with your error message next time.
here is a great search engine that will search this site and the other remote-exploit sites.

I'm not trying to start a debate on this but here is how it is wrt BT3.
iwl3945 is the driver used for associating to access points. ipwraw is the driver that supports injection. Both of these are included in BT3. The ipw3945 driver is now deprecated to the newer iwl3945 driver, which is not included in BT3 and only supports association. You are right in the fact that ipwraw is a raw testing driver that was used to test the ipw3945 driver, but they are not one in the same.
