I guess this is the result when you rely entirely on babelfish for translation. I have not got a clue what you are asking here.

EDIT: It is the use of the word "charge" that messes up the sentence the most. My best guess is that the OP wonders if he can quote/link the posts on this forum on some other place, perhaps a personal blog.
