Have you tried to use kismet instead of aircrack-ng? The other thing is probably because aircrack-ng uses iwconfig to switch between channels. If that was the case, wlan-ng doesn't like that.
Scanning on backtrack will only scan 1 channel
I was able to install a kernel source so I can install/configure the wlan-ng drivers on bt3. Now my card works however when I went to try scanning using airodump-ng wlan0 it will say CHAN 10 and will not change, the other line says wlan0 reset to monitor mode.
Before I did that I airmon-ng start it cuz it won't do that automatically as my other card does.
I ever loaded bt3 without the usb card then loaded the module manually connected the usb card and supposedly the script wasn't loaded but airodump gave the same results as if the usb loaded from 0.![]()
