First of all, marry Christmas!
I have created a new user and added it to users and wheel group.
but when i log in with the new user and i try to log in in console as root it ask password, i type my root password and it says sorry.
I'm sure that the password is correct and it hasn't any special caracter or symbol that can cause problems.
Is it a bug? How can i solve it?
Thx in advance
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69
i think that this is the right way, isn't it?
Code:# sudoers file. # # This file MUST be edited with the 'visudo' command as root. # # See the sudoers man page for the details on how to write a sudoers file. # # Host alias specification # User alias specification # Cmnd alias specification # Defaults specification # Runas alias specification # User privilege specification root ALL=(ALL) SETENV: ALL marco ALL=(ALL) SETENV: ALL # Uncomment to allow people in group wheel to run all commands # and set environment variables. # %wheel ALL=(ALL) SETENV: ALL # Same thing without a password %wheel ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: SETENV: ALL # Samples # %users ALL=/sbin/mount /cdrom,/sbin/umount /cdrom # %users localhost=/sbin/shutdown -h now
Yea, that looks right.
