Uh, That file is for Backtrack 2 and you posted under the BackTrack 3 area, so the assumption is that you're using Backtrack 3, which appears not to have those tools installed.
A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.
As far as I remember BT3 is built on Slax v.6, which uses .lzm modules instead of the older .mo extension used in Slax v.5. This would be the reason to why the commands that the OP requests are not found.
